Therapist, Coach, Facilitator

WELCOME

Whether for professional or personal growth we are always thinking, planning or trying to enhance ourselves.

Uncovering and sometimes re-discovering strengths we possess can help us promote change that we can maintain. Aligning our change goals with our values supports sustainable change.

My main focus is to establish a connection that is centered on discovering what you need to move forward on your goals.

On-line individual sessions that can help you find the confidence to achieve your goals.

My approach to individual and family therapy:

“It is the truth we ourselves speak rather than the treatment we receive heals us.”

-O.Hobart Mowner, 1966

As a psychotherapist I work with individuals and families to support and listen to them through periods of transition. I believe in a collaborative approach where individuals can tune in to hear themselves is essential. I see my role as providing a safe space where individuals and families can explore the period of transition with a person who is present and listening.

Drawing from motivational interviewing, solution focused, cognitive behavioral and systems approaches in my work with individuals and families.
